FAQs on Fast Fox Custom Tiles
Is there a minimum order?
We don't believe in minimums, Fast Fox can create anything from 1 - 1000 tiles.
Do I need to supply my own image(s)?
Not necessarily; if you have an idea of what you want or can show us a picture of something you like we can usually source a good quality image for you. We also have a database of our own images we can use. We will work with you.
What quality does my image need to be for tile printing?
For best results, the perfect resolution is 300dpi and the minimum resolution is 120dpi. The higher the quality, the better the results.
How do I know what resolution my image is?
To check the resolution of an image on a computer running windows 7 or later, right click on the image, go to “properties” and then “details”.
What file type can I use?
You can supply your artwork to us in PSD, PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, PNG. If you are unsure, just ask us.
What can you print on tiles?
We can print virtually any print, photograph or design you can think of as long as the quality is good enough. We can print individual single tiles or we can print murals (multiple tiles used to display a single image/design). Imagination is the only limit!
Where can I put the tiles you print?
Good question; currently we can print wall tiles for splashbacks - kitchen, bathroom and laundry areas. Same tiles can also be used as a wall mural in other areas of residential and commercial properties.
Can I come and see your tiles?
We are working towards having a showroom available for customers, but for now we can show you pictures of our works.
Where do you post the tiles to?
All major cities within Australia. If you live outside of a major city; this may be no problem, but please contact us first to confirm. Delivery costs will depend on your location, we can provide this estimate to you.
What do I do if my tiles arrive damaged?
We always use reputable courier and delivery companies, including Australia Post, but occasionally damage does occur. Please photograph the damage and contact us.
When do I need to pay for my purchase?
Given the fact that all our tiles are custom made to order, full payment is required before we start with the production of the tiles.
How can I pay?
Direct Bank Deposit or Credit Card. You can pay through our website or we can use PayPal.
I don’t have a Pay Pal account, what do I do?
No problem, Pay Pal has the option of letting you pay by credit card without an account.
